Cecil Bailey Barnes

Ringling - Cecil Bailey Barnes went to be with the Lord on Friday January 9, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Cecil was born February 26, 1937 in Ringling, OK. He is survived by his wife Doris of 55 years, two brothers, Gary Barnes , Oak Point, TX and Mike Barnes and wife Linda of Sadler, TX. Three children, Michael Dean Barnes and wife Renee’ of Wylie, TX; Christopher Lee Barnes and wife Beth of Murphy, TX; and Cassandra Anne Barnes Brungardt and husband Charles of Allen. TX. Six grandchildren Bryar Dean Barnes, Lydee Ann Barnes, Logan Christopher Barnes, Luke Bailey Barnes, Charles Brungardt ll, and Alexandra Bailey Barnes. Sister-in-law Mary Lee Morris. Visitation will be held January 12, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at First Baptist Church, Richardson at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Ringling, OK on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at
