Calvin Henry Lee

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mr. Calvin Henry Lee of Ardmore are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Walker-McDaniel and Clint Walker officiating. Interment will follow to Pruitt Cemetery.

Calvin was born on March 14, 1950 in Ardmore to the late Mr. Evan Mills Lee and Mrs. Rosie Mae (Werner) Lee. He departed from this life on Sunday, July 9, 2017 in Oklahoma City.

Calvin was raised in Ardmore attending school at Dickson, graduating in 1969. He worked as a mechanic and truck driver for many years working for SORD for 30 years, retiring in 2014. Initially his first marriage he was blessed with two children, Lieasch and DeWayne. Later, he married Alice Hartman on May 11, 1993. Calvin enjoyed watching wrestling and westerns and loved John Wayne. He enjoyed working on things especially antique cars and enjoyed aggravating. Calvin loved all his grandkids and his dog.

Preceding him death are his parents; siblings, Jerry Foster, Albert Foster, Henry Guess and Nita Mae Fite; son, Punk Hartman; and granddaughter, Autumn Trusty.

Calvin is survived by his wife, Alice Hartman of the home; daughter, Lieasch Lee and Gerald Tibbs of Lone Grove; son, DeWayne Lee and wife Kima of Ardmore; daughter, Paula Sears and husband John of Healdton; brother, Charles Foster and wife Yvonne of Moore; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren with one more on the way name Daxton Lee Cox; and numerous other family.

Casket bearers will be Kevin Trusty, Ray Faulkner, Heath Green, Jordan Williams, Bobby Click and Karen Ausbrooks.

Honorary bearers will be David Green, David Holybee, Emmitt Hutchinson, Jimmy Wyatt, Troy Duke, the late Bill Ausbrooks, Greg Morse and co-workers of SORD.

A family visitation is scheduled for Wednesday evening from 5-7 P.M. at Alexander Funeral Home.
