Ringling- Funeral Services for Mr. Bradley Guy Weaver, 53, of Pooleville are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Church of Christ in Ringling, Oklahoma with Dr. Virgil Trout officiating. Interment will follow at Pooleville Cemetery in Pooleville, Oklahoma Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Funeral Home of Ringling..
Brad Weaver was born to Harry Russell “Cotton” Weaver and Linda Sharon (Dickerson) Weaver of Countyline on April 20, 1961 at Duncan Oklahoma. He passed from this life Friday, April 25, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Brad was raised at Pooleville and attended school at Fox. He spent time working in the oilfield but his favorite occupation was farming and ranching with his mother Linda Baylis. Brad started riding horses and learning to ranch at an early age with his grandfather Leonard Dickerson. They spent many hours riding and working cattle together. Brad enjoyed taking his grandchildren fishing and playing with his dog Hitler. He attended the Chuch of Christ of Ringling.
Preceding him in death is his Father, Harry “Cotton” Weaver; Grandparents, Harry and Emma Weaver, Leonard and Vesta Dickerson; Infant still born Brother, Mark Weaver.
Survivors include his Mother, Linda Baylis; Daughter, Sharon Bivings of Pooleville, OK.; Son, Guy Weaver and wife Amanda of Sulphur, OK.; Sisters, Sheila Jones and husband Don of Oklahoma City, OK., Diane Thomas and husband Don of Comanche, OK., Gayle Baylis of Guthrie, OK., Rebecca Reed and husband Conrad of Duncan, OK.and Jane Wright and Husband Cary of DeBerry, FL.; Grandchildren Jimmy, J.T. and Abby Bivings of Ringling, OK. ; Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Pallbearers are Larry Casey, Terry Casey, Tim Johnson, Alan Thacker, Ronnie Burton and Jay Strickland.
