Billye Sue Carol Byrd

Healdton - Memorial Services for Billye Sue Carol Byrd, 65, are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel in Wilson. Services are under the care of direction of Alexander Funeral Home of Wilson.

Billye was born January 25, 1951 to the late Edward "Humpy" Hill and Venita Franks Hill in Wilson, OK. She departed this life on February 23, 2016.

Billye was raised in the Wilson and Healdton area. She married the late Roy Asbery in October 24. 1967 and then later married Joseph Glenn Byrd in December 31, 2002. Billye enjoyed scrap booking, gardening, watching humming birds, watching her grand kids and most of all she loved Elvis. Billye was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wilson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Roy Asbery on July 4, 1979, brothers Edward "Butch" Hill and Gary Don Hill and by JoAnn Lackey.

Billye is survived by her husband Joe Byrd of the home, sons Rickey Lynn Asbery and wife Tildy and Billy Don Asbery, grandchildren Ashlee Brokaw, Susie Brokaw, Hannah Brokaw, Roy Asbery, Kristen Copley, Dylan Asbery and his wife Makayla, Katrina Asbery, Dusty Asbery, Marisa Asbery, Johnathan Mix and E.J. Mix, great grandchildren Kaden James Asbery, Oliver Clyde Serna, Emma Mix and two more great grandchildren. She is also survived by various of Nieces and Nephews and many many friends.

Honorary bearers will be Dylan Asbery, Dusty Asbery, Eddie Hill, Randy Chapman, Steve Shepard, Kelly Robnett, David Dixon, Marty Firestone and Maliq Raymond.
