Marlow- Memorial services for Mrs. Betty Lou (Hair) Dorris Jordan , 73, of Marlow are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Alma, OK. with Rev. Albin Monk Firestone officiating. Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home and Crematory of Ringling, Oklahoma.

Betty Lou was born July 3, 1940 in Mingus, Texas to Mr. Thurber Porter Hair and Mrs. Opal Ollie (McFaddon) Hair. She passed from this life Tuesday, February 3, 2014 at her home in Marlow, Oklahoma.

Betty Lou was raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated High School from Edgewater High School.

She later moved to Oklahoma and was currently living in Marlow, Oklahoma. Betty Lou worked in home health for several years. She loved being outdoors and tending to her flowers, and garden. Betty Lou was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending baseball and football games. She also loved to shop the flea markets and spend time with her special friend named Kitty Cat.

Betty Lou is preceded in death by her Husband, Dempsey Dorris; Parents, Thurber and Opal Hair; 2 Brothers, Bobby Hair and Tommy Hair; Sister, Syble Camp.

She is Survived by her 4 Children, Joanne (Jordan) McAtee, Bo Jordan, Marie Jordan and David Jordan; 3 Sisters, Katheryn Colvin Nancy Hitt, Vickie Udell; Broth in law, Charles Camp; 8 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Numerous other Family and Friends.
