Roberta "Bobbie" Lynn Morriss

Ardmore- Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Wilson with Rev. Terry Tolbert officiating for Mrs. Roberta "Bobbie" Lyn (Gray) Morriss, 63, of Ardmore with Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Wilson. Cremation services are under the care of Alexander Gray Crematory.

Bobbie was born on July 27, 1958, at Indianapolis, IN to the late Willard Gray and Jacqueline (Wells) Gray. She departed this life on Tuesday Jan. 18, 2022, at Ardmore.

Bobbie was raised at Indianapolis moving to Louisiana as a young lady. She married Carl Ray Morriss on July 3, 1978, at Ardmore. They made their home in Ardmore, where Roberta worked as a licensed practical nurse at Southbrook Nursing Home. Carl preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 2015. Bobbie always enjoyed playing computer games.

In addition to her husband also preceding her in death is her parents, son, John Allen Beale.

Survivors include her daughter, Krystal Morriss; son, Dustin Morriss and wife Toni; sisters, Jacqueline, Tonya, Rhonda and Trevelyn; four grandchildren, Decoda, Devlin, Destiny Morriss, Chad Klingler, Jr., and John Beal Jr.; great grandchildren, Daisy and Casey; numerous other relatives and friends.
