Rhonda Jean Hager

Wilson - Funeral Services for Mrs. Rhonda Jean (Slawson) Hager, 61 of Healdton are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Johnston officiating. Interment will follow to Hewitt Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.

Rhonda was born July 15, 1959 in Wilson, OK to the late Mr. Lonnie Allen Slawson, Sr. and Mrs. Maxine Virginia (Henson) Slawson. She departed from this life on Sunday, October 25, 2020 in Yukon, OK.

Rhonda was raised at Healdton graduating High School in 1976. She married David Hager at Healdton residing at Miles City, MT for a short while before returning back to Healdton. They were residents of Healdton the rest of their lives together. Rhonda worked at Braums of Ardmore for over 20 years. David preceded her in death on September 20, 1990. She never remarried continuing to live at Healdton raising her two boys. She loved watching Dallas Cowboys and had a great memory. Rhonda also enjoyed taking vacations and doing puzzles.

Preceding her in death are her parents; brother, Lonnie Slawson, Jr. and a grandson, Stephen "Bubba" Hager, Jr.

Rhonda is survived by sons, Timothy David "Tim" Hager of Ft. Worth, TX and Stephen Hager, Sr. and wife Brittany of Healdton; sister, Vonda DeLano and husband Richard of Wilson; brother, Donnie Slawson, Sr. of Healdton; 6 grandchildren, Maci, Valerie, Brittany, Natalie, Adison and Alyssa; and numerous other family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Tim Hager, Stephen Hager, Jeff Slawson, Andy Bivens, Richard DeLano, Wylie Turner, Brian Palmer and Brian Rice.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Alexander Gray Funeral Home in Wilson.
