Constance "Connie" Cay (Cummins) Eubanks, of Norman departed this life on January 14, 2021 due to complications of COVID at the Norman Regional Hospital at the age of 70 years. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date when it is safe to gather to ensure everyone's health and safety. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ringling.
Connie was born to the late Mr. Charles Cozelle Cummins and Jo Beth (McGraw) Cummins on April 28, 1950 in Ardmore.
Connie was a crochet master who made hundreds of blankets for everyone she knew. She also made huge colorful pillows for those she loved. Connie enjoyed music and attended many concerts across various musical genres including Paul Simon, Cher and even Adele. Traveling with family was another favorite, but her greatest love was her kids and grandkids of whom she was fiercely proud. She missed Andrew and Grace like crazy.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband; James "Pat" Patrick Eubanks; grandson, Andrew Eubanks, and a granddaughter, Grace Eubanks.
She is survived by her children; Russell Eubanks and his wife Mary of Plano, TX; Kimberly Dennis of Carrollton, TX; Elton "Bo" Eubanks and his wife Cindy and children Emily and Lance of Norman; Patrick " Earl" Eubanks and his wife Rhonda and daughter Harlie of Ringling; Audene (Eubanks) Cook and husband Ryan and their children Cooper Eubanks, Gavin and Carter Cook all of Moore.
